Weekly downloads also saw a decrease, starting from 5.3K and ending the quarter at around 1.6K. Active users followed a similar downward trend, falling from 12.5K to approximately 7.5K by the end of December.

State Connect: Traffic Control showed an impressive upward trend in both revenue and downloads towards the end of the quarter. Weekly revenue rose from $0 in late November to $171 in the final week of December. Downloads surged from 29 to over 10K in the same period. Downloads remained relatively stable, fluctuating around the 600 mark. Active users showed minor fluctuations, averaging around 2.5K throughout the quarter.
